The Management Company is responsible for contracting maintenance and services as directed by the Association; collecting all dues and assessments; managing all Association funds; maintaining financial records and providing the Board of Directors with monthly financial reports; providing administrative support to the Association including preparation and mailing of notices; maintaining current records of Association Membership and notifying the Board of changes; providing Association disclosure packages to potential purchasers and making all books and records of the Association (not subject to privacy protection) available to Association Members in good standing when properly requested.
 

The Board of Directors has the fiduciary responsibility of ensuring that the Association operates in compliance with its Governing Documents, any applicable State Code of Virginia and prepares and operates within an Annual Budget approved at the Annual Meeting of the Membership.
 

The Association President may execute in the name of the Holly Hills Community Association such contracts, agreements and other legal instruments as authorized by the Board of Directors.  The President will also chair the Board Meetings and the Annual Membership Meeting or any Special Meetings of the Members.
 

The Association Vice President (Operations) in addition to serving in place of the President when necessary shall be responsible for management of all operations and contract services required for maintenance or improvement of the Association common areas and landscape easements areas.


The Treasurer is the primary liaison between the Management Company and the Board of Directors and as such provides ongoing supervision of the effectiveness of the financial controls and management and alerts the Board of any significant divergence from the Annual Budget. 
 

The Association Secretary in addition to the normal duties of Secretary shall act as Risk Manager and shall be responsible for managing insurable risk coverage on behalf of the Association.


The Chairpersons for the CORE Committee and Neighbor Awareness For Neighbor (NAFN) are ex officio officers of the Association.

CORE organizes or oversees nearly all of the community events and activities as well as publication of the Gazette and the Holly Hills Directory.

NAFN ensures an informative welcome for new residents and ensures effective Neighborhood Watch and Emergency Response organization.
